Our pastry counter changes throughout the day, bringing together buttery croissants, filled pastries, swirls, buns, cookies and seasonal creations. Alongside the sweeter things, you will find artisan sausage rolls and other savoury bakes for breakfast, lunch or a quick bite while exploring Brighton.

Our handmade artisan cakes are available every day at Gardner Street and at our Church Road café in Hove. From generous slices and individual treats to rich chocolate, fruit and seasonal flavours, our cake counter offers something for an everyday indulgence as well as a shared moment.

We also make whole cakes to order for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, family gatherings, office celebrations and other special occasions.
