Welcome to Brodwolf on Church Road, Hove: a neighbourhood bakery and café bringing together freshly baked bread, golden pastries, handmade cakes and Wolfox speciality coffee. Join us for a morning croissant, a savoury bite or an afternoon slice of cake, with a little time to enjoy it all.

We believe the things you eat every day deserve proper attention. The crisp layers of a croissant, the crust of a sourdough loaf and the balance of a well-made coffee are small details that make a difference. Our approach to artisan baking celebrates traditional methods, flavour and the pleasure of food made with care.

From freshly baked croissants to sausage rolls, our counter brings together familiar favourites with the Brodwolf touch. Choose something sweet to start your morning, pick up a savoury bake when hunger calls, or take a loaf home for the kitchen table. There is as much pleasure in finding your usual favourite as there is in trying something different.

Coffee is an essential part of the Brodwolf experience. We serve speciality coffee, the natural companion to our bread, pastries and cakes. Stop by for your morning cup, catch up with a friend or settle in for an afternoon break. Sometimes, a good coffee and something freshly baked are all the occasion you need.

Our handmade artisan cakes are available every day at both our Church Road café in Hove and our Gardner Street bakery in Brighton. Enjoy a slice with your coffee or take something home to share. Baking is at the heart of what we do, and our cakes bring that same attention to flavour to both everyday treats and special celebrations.

For occasions that call for a whole cake, we also make cakes to order. Whether you are planning a birthday, an anniversary, a family gathering or a celebration with colleagues, contact us to discuss what you have in mind. Let us know your date, the number of people you are celebrating with and any preferences or dietary requirements, and we can talk through the available options.

Our Church Road café is a place to make part of your routine: a stop on the way to work, somewhere to meet over coffee, or a reason to pause during a busy day. Come for something you love, discover a new favourite and take a little Brodwolf home with you.
